“Ms. Bro,” as her students call her, has been a teacher since 1970 in elementary, middle, and high schools as well as the School of Education at California State University, Sacramento. Now retired, Ms. Brovelli-Moon continues to educate children through her writing of these innovative and creative field guides, journals, and coloring books. With companion, Greg, and dachshund, Maggie, Ms. Bro spends her time wandering Alaska and the Pacific Northwest looking for new stories to share.
